Jason Thompson
Jason founded Thompson Defense Group in 2022, with the goal of providing the best firearms and tactical training experience available in the DMV. Jason has a passion for changing the lives of people in underserved communities, and he believes everyone, regardless of gender, race, or experience should have the necessary skills to protect themselves. Jason provides relevant and professional training to the community, with a mission to advance the principles of safety, readiness, and responsible firearm ownership.
Jason is a certified USCCA Instructor as well as a Maryland State Police Qualified Handgun Instructor. He has over 100 hours of additional specialized training in:
